Responsibilities

• Outbound Zelle fraud support
• Analyzing cases from the enterprise fraud detection systems
• Talking with customers whose transactions are suspicious of potential fraud
• Lead by example with performance
• Conduct training for new hires
• Perform daily and weekly stats reporting
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records and assist team inquiries
