Job summary

PNC is seeking a Detection & Investigation Analyst Lead within the Zelle Fraud organization. This remote role supports a 9:30 pm–8:30 am ET shift Sunday to Wednesday, with locations including Pittsburgh, Birmingham, Denver, TX, and OH.

You will lead complex investigations, apply risk judgment, and manage multiple work streams while maintaining formal case records. The role emphasizes process improvement, collaboration with stakeholders, and adherence to AML/KYC standards.

Qualifications

• Strong investigative and analytical skills required.
• Ability to apply risk judgment and policy consistently.
• Experience handling multiple work streams and cases.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and investigates customer cases and reports to detect and prevent fraud and loss.
• Maintains documentation of analysis performed and coordinates with stakeholders.
• Identifies trends and escalates as appropriate.
• Supports training and guidance within the team.
