Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and investigate customer cases and reports to minimize fraud and losses.
• Research and analyze bank activities to detect fraudulent behavior and recommend dispositions.
• Communicate with customers whose transactions are suspected of fraud and coordinate with stakeholders.
