PNC is seeking a Detection & Investigation Analyst Lead for its Zelle Fraud organization. Based in multiple U.S. cities including Birmingham, AL, this role involves monitoring and investigating potential fraud cases to minimize loss and compliance risk.

You will lead efforts, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior staff. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, timely communication with customers, and adherence to AML and fraud prevention standards.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical thinking and risk mitigation skills.
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and procedures.
• Experience with fraud detection and prevention processes.

Responsabilidades

• Inbound Zelle fraud support.
• Analyzing cases generated from the enterprise fraud detection systems.
• Analyzing cases generated from the network in the Customer Relationship Portal.
• Talking with customers whose transactions are suspicious of potential fraud.
• Reporting of suspected fraud.
