PNC Financial Services Group seeks a Detection & Investigation Analyst Lead for the Zelle Fraud team, based in Pittsburgh, PA, with potential roles in multiple cities. This in-office position focuses on reviewing, analyzing, and reporting suspicious activity to prevent fraud and losses.

You will work with various fraud systems and communicate with customers while leading a team and ensuring adherence to risk management practices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree is required; strong analytical and investigative capabilities preferred.
• Experience with enterprise fraud detection systems and customer case analysis is desirable.
• Ability to interpret data and identify risk indicators and trends.

Responsabilidades

• Inbound Zelle fraud support and case investigations.
• Analyze cases from enterprise fraud detection systems and the CRM portal.
• Communicate with customers about suspicious transactions and document findings.
• Report suspected fraud and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate risk.
• Lead and train detection and investigation staff as needed.
