PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Franchisee Account Manager to partner with operators of top QSR brands, uncover needs, and show how PAR Solutions boost performance. You will guide from first conversation to signed contract and build lasting relationships to drive growth.

You’ll thrive on hitting quotas in a fast-moving environment, while selling hardware and SaaS solutions and maintaining a strong pipeline remotely across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management (tech experience is a plus).
• A track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience selling complex restaurant management solutions (software, hardware, and services).
• Knowledge of MEDDIC and solution selling.

Responsibilities

• Sell hardware and SaaS solutions to QSR brands, helping franchise operators get off to a strong start.
• Lead the full sales process, from first conversation through signed contract.
• Fuel your own pipeline and drive booked revenue through new store rollouts and proactive outbound prospecting.
• Keep pipeline and forecasts accurate and current in Salesforce.
