PAR Technology Corporation, a leader in restaurant technology, seeks a Franchisee Account Manager to partner with operators of top QSR brands and guide them from first conversation to signed contract.

Sell hardware and SaaS solutions, own the full sales journey, and build a proactive pipeline with outbound prospecting to drive measurable ROI for franchise partners.

This remote role supports operators nationwide, including Colorado, with a quota-driven environment and Salesforce-enabled workflow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management, tech experience a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Comfort with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and productivity tools like Microsoft 365.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and resilient mindset.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast change.
• Experience selling complex restaurant management solutions is a major plus.
• Knowledge of MEDDIC and solution selling.
• Familiarity with franchise communities is another major plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell hardware and SaaS solutions to QSR brands, driving revenue.
• Own the full sales process from first conversation to signed contract.
• Drive booked revenue through new store rollouts, site refreshes, outbound prospecting.
• Build lasting relationships to uncover next opportunities.
• Develop strategies that align stakeholders and deliver ROI.
• Keep pipeline and forecasts accurate in Salesforce.
• Hit monthly quotas through disciplined planning.
