PAR Technology Corporation, a leader in restaurant technology, seeks a Franchisee Account Manager on our Franchise Sales team. You’ll partner with operators of top QSR brands, uncover needs, demonstrate PAR Solutions, and guide conversations from first contact to signed contract.

This remote role covers multiple states and reports to the Manager, Sales & Account Management. You’ll build relationships, hit quotas, manage a busy pipeline in Salesforce and Microsoft 365, and drive revenue through

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management (tech experience is a plus).
• A track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Comfort with a CRM (Salesforce preferred) and productivity tools like Microsoft 365.
• The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
• A self-motivated, coachable, resilient mindset.
• Ease with ambiguity and fast change.

Responsibilities

• Sell hardware and SaaS solutions to QSR brands.
• Lead the full sales process, from first conversation through signed contract.
• Drive booked revenue through new store rollouts, site refreshes, and proactive outbound prospecting.
• Build lasting relationships with operators to spot the next opportunity.
• Develop strategies that align stakeholders and deliver measurable ROI.
• Stay sharp and organized by maintaining pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Hit goals by consistently reaching monthly quotas through disciplined planning and activity.
• Team up with colleagues across PAR to keep deals moving and customers happy.
