Big Blue Swim School is seeking a Franchise Business Coach to support a portfolio of franchise owners, helping them grow the business, run it well, and stay inside the Franchise Agreement.

You will coach on customer service, revenue growth, marketing, operations and lesson quality; read performance data, and influence actions. Remote-friendly role with travel up to 30% and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Judgment about numbers; assess whether gaps are real before acting.
• Experience in a swim school, multi-unit franchise, or coaching operators preferred.
• Proven ability to influence decisions through strong communication.
• Strong critical thinking and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to plan, set priorities, and align with business objectives.
• Comfort learning systems like LessonBuddy, BI software, Claude AI.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilités

• Coach Franchise Owners on customer service, revenue growth, marketing, operations and lesson quality.
• Influence results through regular communication and proactive support to franchisees.
• Read location performance and decide what to act on using sales, labor cost, P&L, and operational measures.
• Maintain visitation schedule with each location, in person and remote.
• Support New Pool Openings with different benchmarks and coaching approaches.
• Review franchisee business performance regularly to keep alignment with targets.
• Coach on Franchise Agreement and brand standards; ensure compliance.
• Train owners on new products and initiatives; share best practices across franchise network.
• Document issues and follow-ups to keep a clear record of actions taken at each location.
