SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to support our franchise partners in the Eastern region. This remote role requires near-constant collaboration with franchisees to drive revenue growth, optimize operations, and improve profitability.

Travel up to 50% within the US is expected. This position demands strong consultative skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence adoption of new tools and programs.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Remote role within US regions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchisees to problem-solve operational challenges and provide coaching.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and site visits to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coach newly opened franchisees and staff on growth and brand standards.
• Influence adoption of new technologies, marketing tools, and service programs.
• Serve as first point of contact for company/field issues and coordinate cross-functional support.
• Foster strong partner relationships and encourage information sharing.
• Facilitate webinars, roundtables, and training sessions.
• Attend virtual and in-person meetings and training events.
