FlyLock Security Solutions is seeking an experienced Franchise Business Performance Coach to work remotely with a portfolio of franchise owners across the United States. The role focuses on growing revenue, improving gross margins, and increasing profitability through actionable plans and accountability.

You will serve as a trusted business coach, helping clients identify opportunities, overcome obstacles, and implement measurable strategies while coordinating with franchisees to optimize sales,

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of franchise business coaching experience.
• Proven ability to help owners grow revenue and improve profitability.
• Strong understanding of franchisee/franchisor relationships.
• Experience managing and coaching a portfolio of franchise owners.
• Strong sales and business-development knowledge in a B2B environment.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach franchise owners on strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
• Help owners develop leads and new commercial relationships within their territories.
• Coach owners on business-to-business prospecting, partner development, networking, and local business development.
• Analyze franchisee performance and identify root causes of revenue or profitability challenges.
• Help owners improve the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing and recurring revenue.
• Coach owners on pricing, gross-margin management, job costing, and labor costs.
• Help owners determine when to invest in sales, technicians, staffing, or other resources.
• Develop measurable goals and practical action plans with franchise owners and hold them accountable for execution.
• Use franchisee performance data to identify opportunities and translate data into action.
• Improve workflow, scheduling, staffing, customer service, and follow-up to drive growth.
