Retro Fitness seeks a Franchise Business Coach to partner with franchisees and their teams, driving revenue and profitability through hands-on coaching and development. Qualifications

• 7 years in a multi-unit leadership role in business management with franchisees (fitness/health/wellness preferred).
• 3–5 years as a sales leader, trainer, and coach.
• 3–5 years reviewing franchisee P&Ls and developing improvement plans.
• Proven impact on membership, revenue, and member experience.
• Strong ability to manage relationships with franchisees and ensure brand standards.
• Willingness to travel 80–90% for site visits and coaching.

Responsibilities
