Job summary

A Place At Home seeks a remote Business Performance Coach to drive revenue growth and referral production across the franchise network. You will lead through influence, set clear expectations, and hold owners accountable to disciplined processes.

The role involves coaching sessions, field visits, and monitoring KPIs, with regular travel to Omaha, NE as needed. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in sales leadership or service operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
• 5+ years in service industry operations or sales leadership, sales coaching, or revenue performance roles.
• Healthcare or healthcare-adjacent environment experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM usage and sales hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured one-on-one coaching sessions and regular field/on-site visits.
• Own sales performance outcomes across assigned franchise territories; set expectations for activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
• Directly address underperformance and implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Drive development of professional referral pipelines.
• Enforce disciplined outreach cadence, follow-up standards, and relationship management.
• Establish and monitor financial benchmarks, KPIs, and performance standards to identify trends and gaps.
• Serve as the voice in the field for the National Office and help shape tools, systems, and training.
