Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations for the United East region, based in Atlanta. You will drive portfolio performance, translate regional priorities into territory plans, and coordinate with bottlers to ensure store-level execution and market presence.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, allocate resources strategically, and maintain a strong in-market cadence to validate results and learn from frontline teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in a CPG organization across sales, key account, franchise management, or operations.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment, including experience with revenue and operating P&Ls.
• Experience with channel marketing, customer/outlet execution, syndicated research, and competitive analysis.
• Proven ability to influence bottler leadership and cross-functional partners without direct authority.
• Willingness to spend significant time in market to inform plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance across the Coca-Cola portfolio in the East Region with profitable volume, revenue, and share growth.
• Translate priorities into territory operating plans and ensure execution with bottler partners.
• Lead the Franchise Operations contribution to the regional business plan.
• Identify gaps, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions with clear recommendations.
• Develop contingency plans and manage discretionary budgets.
• Represent Hometown Atlanta and coordinate local market presence.
