Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Plano seeks a Director, Franchise Leadership – Mainstream to partner with Mainstream Bottlers, align priorities, and drive growth across all Coca-Cola brands in the region.

You will translate commercial priorities into bottler plans, lead execution excellence, and build executive relationships while managing budgets and resource allocation. A growth mindset and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in a CPG organization across sales, key account, franchise management, or operations.
• Proven ability to translate annual strategies into territory operating plans, forecasting performance, managing customer or distributor relationships, and leading corrective actions.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment, including experience with revenue and operating P&Ls, resource prioritization, selling, and negotiation in a complex franchise or entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic liaison between The Coca-Cola Company and Mainstream Bottlers to drive profitable growth.
• Lead deployment of commercial strategies and ensure operational readiness in the assigned geography.
• Coach bottler teams to achieve top-tier performance and execute market benchmarks.
• Develop and activate contingency plans; monitor performance and adjust territory plans.
