Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in a CPG organization across sales, key account, franchise management, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic liaison between The Coca-Cola Company and Mainstream Bottlers leadership teams.
• Drive performance across the full Coca‑Cola portfolio within Mainstream Bottlers across categories, brands, and packages.
• Lead territory deployment of aligned commercial strategies and initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Champion execution excellence by coaching bottler organizations to achieve top-tier performance.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships; provide strategic input during JBPs.
