Job summary

Inspire Brands seeks a Business Consultant to drive performance across a portfolio of franchisees in the Dallas area. You will coach and influence franchisees to achieve sales, profitability, and network growth while ensuring a safe, consistent brand experience.

Responsibilities include annual planning, progress tracking, remodel and new store openings support, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and operations teams. The role requires 75–80% travel.

• Facilitate annual planning and Franchise Business Review with Franchisees.
• Align priority areas to drive sales, profitability and network growth.
• Coach Franchisees through regular check-ins and commitments.
• Track and review data to guide actions and monitor progress.
