Inspire Brands is seeking a Business Consultant to lead performance across a portfolio of franchisees in North Carolina. The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure safe brand experiences and growth.

The ideal candidate will travel 75-80% to consult with franchisees, support remodels and openings, and align franchisee plans with regional goals. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Formación

• Must have strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage time and work independently.
• Ability to analyze data and provide coaching recommendations based on results.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve operations and business performance goals for a portfolio of Franchisees as directed by regional leadership.
• Facilitate annual planning and Franchise Business Review processes with Franchisees.
• Align priority areas with Franchisees to drive sales, profitability and network growth.
• Develop coaching plans and conduct regular check-ins to ensure commitments are followed through.
• Track and review data analytics to guide Franchisee actions and recommendations.
• Support remodels and new restaurant openings with construction teams to meet specs and milestones.
• Coordinate communications between Franchisees and cross-functional partners to support safe, consistent brand experiences.
• Partner with Field Training to coordinate coaching and training support for Franchisees.
• Monitor G&A expenses within regional parameters and complete required administrative tasks.
