You will lead planning, monitor data, coach franchisees, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support remodels and new openings, traveling 75-80% to consult on-site.

Qualificações

• Minimum High School or GED.
• Preferred 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years in supervisory management or district level multi-unit operations.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve operations and business performance goals for portfolio of Franchisees.
• Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review with Franchisees.
• Align priority areas with Franchisee to drive sales, profitability and growth.
• Coach Franchisee through regular check-ins to follow through on commitments.
• Track data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions toward goals.
