Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years of experience in a consulting/advisory/coach role or running a services-based business or franchise.
• Strong KPI, data analysis, and P&L interpretation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Perform the role of business consultant and coach; build trust with franchise partners to influence growth and profitability.
• Establish regular virtual and onsite touchpoints to understand operations and provide insights.
• Develop understanding of Authority Brands tools and support systems to maximize performance.
• Be the trusted advisor franchisees come to in times of crisis or celebration.
• Advise on Franchise Agreement compliance and assist in keeping partners compliant.
• Conduct market meetings for franchisees to foster group improvement.
• Guide franchisees on culture and alignment with company culture.
• Deliver franchise territory health diagnostics.
• Review monthly Profit and Loss statements, including YoY revenue.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
