Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of progressive finance experience with strong analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build, lead and mentor a FP&A team delivering financial insights.
• Own annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts across service lines.
• Champion FP&A best practices, improving forecasting, reporting, and data integrity.
• Develop financial models for investments, product lines, and cost centers.
• Prepare monthly financial packages and dashboards for executives and board.
• Lead initiatives to reimagine FP&A workflows with AI.
• Partner with executives to drive data-driven decision making.
