Job summary

Eagleview is seeking an FP&A Senior Manager to partner with business and operations leaders, delivering financial insights and disciplined decision support. This fully remote role sits in the Finance Corporate team and offers breadth across forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10+ years in FP&A or related analytics, excels in building robust financial models, and communicates complex topics clearly to non-finance partners. CPA/MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field.
• 7-10+ years of FP&A or related analytical experience.
• Strong ability to develop innovative, data-driven financial solutions.
• Proven ability to influence decisions through financial analysis.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong modeling ability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to provide financial insights and assess trade-offs, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end forecasting and planning for assigned areas aligning with company targets.
• Own sections of the annual operating plan and collaborate with business leaders.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Lead monthly expense reviews and communicate actionable insights to partners.
• Leverage FP&A systems and analytics tools to streamline processes and improve outputs.
