Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A for a remote role in the United States. This leadership position will build and shape the finance planning and analysis function for a division, partnering with divisional leadership to enhance visibility into performance and support strategic transformation initiatives.

You will design scalable FP&A processes, manage forecasting, and establish reporting standards to drive financial execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of FP&A or finance experience.
• Experience leading a finance team.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the FP&A function for the division.
• Design and implement FP&A processes, standards, and reporting.
• Develop standardized planning, forecasting, and analytical processes.
• Establish financial KPIs and management reporting for decision-making.
• Lead the annual operating plan and budget processes for the division.
• Monitor performance against plans and identify trends and risks.
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to divisional leadership.
