Private Health Management is seeking a highly motivated FP&A Manager to build and scale budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Reporting to the SVP, Finance, this role is remote-based in the United States and partners with leaders across the organization.

You will standardize planning in Workday Adaptive Planning, develop dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to shape a growing finance function.

Qualificações

• Approximately 5–7 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience with strong analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and modeling capabilities.
• Experience using a financial planning platform (e.g., Workday Adaptive Planning) and improving financial processes and reporting.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders, communicate financial information clearly, and influence decisions across levels.
• Hands-on, independent problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and create structure while collaborating when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Build a disciplined planning and forecasting rhythm across the organization; monthly forecasting and budgeting using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Own integrated three-statement forecasts; connect income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow assumptions.
• Partner with Accounting to incorporate monthly actuals, analyze variances, and inform forward-looking forecasts.
• Serve as primary Finance partner to department leaders for budgets, spending, and hiring plans; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools to improve financial visibility and timely decision-making.
• Improve Workday Adaptive Planning and reporting tools; replace manual processes with scalable workflows and leverage AI where appropriate.
