Private Health Management is seeking an FP&A Manager to build and scale budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will partner with senior leaders to translate financial results into actionable business insights and support a growing Finance function.

The role requires hands-on finance expertise, a track record in planning systems, and the ability to drive structure in a fast-paced environment. Remote work within the United States is supported.

Qualifikationen

• Approximately 5–7 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience with strong forecasting, budgeting and three-statement modeling.
• Experience using Workday Adaptive Planning or similar planning platforms and improving financial processes/reporting.
• Proven success partnering with business leaders, communicating financial information clearly, and influencing decisions across levels.
• Hands-on, proactive problem-solving approach, ability to operate independently in ambiguity, and drive structure.

Aufgaben

• Establish reliable monthly forecasting and budgeting cycles in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Partner with departments to plan expenses and headcount with dashboards and actionable insights.
• Develop scalable reporting and KPI dashboards for leadership and the board.
• Implement process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled workflows across Finance.
