Job summary

Private Health Management is seeking a highly motivated FP&A Manager to build and scale our budgeting, forecasting, and analytics during a period of rapid growth. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, you will help modernize reporting, enable leaders with actionable insights, and become a trusted partner across the organization.

The role emphasizes transitioning planning from manual spreadsheets to scalable systems, partnering with senior leadership, and expanding responsibilities as the business

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience with strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and integrated three-statement modeling capabilities.
• Experience using a financial planning platform such as Workday Adaptive Planning or similar and improving financial processes.
• Proven success partnering with business leaders, communicating financial information clearly, and influencing decisions across levels without direct authority.
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset, able to navigate ambiguity, create structure, and collaborate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Build disciplined monthly forecasting and budgeting rhythms using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Empower leaders to own financial performance with clear budgets and dashboards.
• Modernize reporting and analytics, linking KPIs to forward-looking forecasts.
• Strengthen Finance scalability with process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
