Job summary

STR is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in Woburn, MA. The role reports to the Director of FP&A and oversees budgeting, forecasting, rate development, investment analysis, incentive compensation, and executive-level reporting in a regulated, growth-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will advance AI/analytics in planning, partner with HR on incentives, and present insights to the CFO and Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience in defense contracting or similar regulated environments.
• Experience with enterprise planning, financial analytics tools, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic FP&A functions, budgeting, forecasting, and rate development.
• Drive AI and analytics transformations for forecasting and scenario modeling.
• Oversee KPI development, executive reporting, and governance controls.
