Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager on the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team to drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics. You will lead a small analytics team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and advance data-driven decision making using cloud-based platforms.

You will oversee data transformation, governance, and reporting while guiding strategic finance initiatives across the enterprise.

Qualifications

5+ years of FP&A, financial analytics, or related field.
3+ years of SQL/Python data analysis to support decisions.
3+ years of Excel and financial modeling for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Experience leading analytics or finance professionals and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience implementing data quality controls and governance standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the team’s accurate and timely forecasts, budgets, accruals, and variance analyses for rebate programs.
Partner with Data Engineering and Technology to design scalable financial data solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
Develop and maintain automated data pipelines, data validation, and reconciliation processes.
Collaborate to define data requirements, business rules, and governance for rebate forecasting and reporting.
Utilize SQL, Python, and cloud-native tech to transform and analyze large datasets for planning.
Support enterprise reporting and visualization using Power BI, BigQuery, and Dataiku.
