WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and decision-making as we scale. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and Facilities to drive budgeting, forecasting, and transparency across the business.

Responsibilities include close reporting, P&L commentary, and creating recurring reports. This role emphasizes data integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Power user experience with Workday Adaptive Insights preferred.
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling/reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
• Remote-first work environment experience.
• Prior SaaS experience and SaaS metrics understanding beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Admin Workday Adaptive Insights: user mgmt, models, issues.
• Manage monthly/quarterly close, provide P&L commentary and analysis.
• Own recurring reporting packages and templates; support board deliverables.
• Assist budgeting and long-range planning; ad hoc analysis for growth.
• Partner with G&A leaders on budget vs. actuals and forecasting.
