Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a detail‑oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and decision making. You’ll manage Workday Adaptive Insights and partner with G&A teams to drive transparency and efficiency across planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong Workday Adaptive Insights experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Remote‑first work environment; SaaS domain experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adaptive Insights Administration: manage users, models, and data integrity; integrate sources with Workday/NetSuite/BigQuery.
• Financial Planning & Reporting: close processes, P&L commentary, and recurring reporting packages; board deliverables and budgeting support.
• G&A Partnering: budget vs. actual analysis, headcount planning, and forecasting with G&A leaders; quarterly planning cycles.
