Job summary

WP Engine is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and reporting. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, partner with G&A teams, and drive transparency in planning processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, analytics, and systems-minded thinking in a remote-first setting. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with SaaS metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Power user of Workday Adaptive Insights.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; strong modeling/Reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative cross-functional work.
• Remote-first workspace experience preferred.
• Prior SaaS experience and understanding of SaaS metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Adaptive Insights, manage users, models, and issues.
• Manage monthly/quarterly close reporting; provide P&L commentary.
• Own recurring reporting packages and templates; support board deliverables.
• Assist budgeting and long-range planning; conduct ad hoc analyses.
• Partner with G&A leaders on budget vs. actuals and headcount planning.
