Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to partner with our Finance and G&A teams. You will manage Adaptive Insights administration, drive accurate financial planning, and support budgeting and board deliverables in a remote-first environment.

You will leverage Workday Adaptive Insights, Excel, and SaaS metrics to improve monthly closes, reporting templates, and forecasting. Collaboration across functions and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Power user experience with Workday Adaptive Insights.
• GAAP knowledge of financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Remote-first work experience.
• Experience in SaaS businesses with SaaS metrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admin Workday Adaptive Insights: user management, model maintenance, issue troubleshooting.
• Optimize integrations with source systems (Workday Financials, NetSuite, BigQuery).
• Ensure data integrity by aligning netsuite, Workday, and Adaptive Insights.
