WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and decision making in a remote-first setup. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, partner with G&A functions, and drive transparency across financial planning processes.

The role focuses on monthly closes, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical modeling to support growth initiatives and board deliverables, with collaboration across HR, Legal, Finance, and Facilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A or related experience.
• Power user experience with Workday Adaptive Insights.
• Strong understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with financial modeling and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
• Remote-first workspace readiness.

Responsabilités

• Adaptive Insights administration and data integrity maintenance.
• Manage monthly/quarterly close reporting with P&L commentary.
• Own recurring reports and templates; assist with board presentations.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning.
• Assist in ad hoc analysis and scenario modelling for growth.
