Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team as we scale. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, partner with G&A functions, and drive transparent financial planning and reporting in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities include monthly close, P&L analysis, budgeting, and long-range planning, along with collaboration across HR, Legal, Facilities, and Finance. Prior SaaS exposure and strong analytical skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Power user experience with Workday Adaptive Insights.
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Remote-first workspace experience and SaaS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Adaptive Insights, manage users, models, and data integrity.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly close reporting, provide P&L commentary and analysis.
• Lead budgeting and long-range planning, support ad hoc analyses and forecasting.
• Partner with G&A leaders on headcount planning and budget-to-actuals analysis.
