WP Engine is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support planning, reporting, and cross-functional partnerships across HR, Legal, Finance, and Facilities. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, ensure data integrity, and drive transparency in financial planning for a remote-first, national context.

You will help with monthly closes, budgeting, and board deliverables, and contribute to forecasting and scenario modeling for growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Insights (power user preferred).
• GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes understood.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Remote-first work environment with SaaS knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly and quarterly close reporting with P&L commentary.
• Own recurring reporting packages and templates; improve them over time.
• Assist with board deliverables and presentations.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning.
• Ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling for growth initiatives.
• Serve as main finance partner for G&A leaders and budgeting.
