Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial reporting, planning, and decision-making in a remote-first environment. The role focuses on administering Workday Adaptive Insights, partnering with G&A, HR, Legal, and Finance to improve forecasting and transparency across the business.

You will manage monthly close, develop recurring reports, assist with budgeting and long-range planning, and model scenarios to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Power user of Workday Adaptive Insights.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Adaptive Insights and manage users.
• Optimize data integration with source systems.
• Ensure data integrity across NetSuite, Adaptive, and Workday.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly close reports with P&L commentary.
• Support budgeting and long-range planning; ad hoc analyses.
• Partner with G&A leaders on forecast and headcount planning.
