Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and reporting as we scale. The role focuses on managing Workday Adaptive Insights, partnering with G&A functions, and driving transparency across budgets and forecasts.

You’ll be the primary Adaptive Insights admin, collaborate across Finance and IT, and help craft monthly closes, long-range plans, and board-ready summaries in a remote-first environment. Experience in SaaS finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Power user experience with Workday Adaptive Insights.
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Adaptive Insights, manage users, models, and integrations.
• Lead monthly/quarterly close reporting with P&L commentary.
• Develop recurring reports and board deliverables; support annual budgeting and long-range planning.
• Partner with G&A leaders on headcount planning and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Benefits and Accounting to input global forecasting assumptions.
