Job summary

Omnissa seeks its first GTM Engineer to shape GTM Engineering, defining the vision, stack, and roadmap. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Data across regions to remove friction and accelerate growth.

You will own the GTM tooling, ship end-to-end systems, and deliver 1–2 quick wins in the first 90 days, while documenting and promoting adoption across teams. Remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building GTM systems in B2B software or related roles.
• Fluency across GTM use cases in pre-sale, post-sale, RevOps and marketing.
• Experience with AI/automation in GTM workflows.
• Strong understanding of GTM tech stack and build-vs-buy decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define GTM Engineering roadmap and partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Data.
• Build signal, enrichment, routing, and workflow systems across funnel stages.
• Own GTM tools and platform, ensuring production-grade reliability and adoption.
