Omnissa is hiring its first GTM Engineer to define how GTM Engineering looks, set the roadmap, and own the stack. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps across regions to remove friction and amplify GTM efficiency.

You’ll treat GTM Engineering as a product and ship iterative improvements. You will own the end-to-end GTM tech stack, including Salesforce integrations, Clay workflows, and enrichment providers.

Competenze

• 5+ years building GTM systems in B2B software or similar roles
• Experience across pre-sale, post-sale, RevOps and marketing
• Ability to turn business problems into scalable systems and explain tradeoffs to leaders

Mansioni

• Define the GTM Engineering roadmap and own its product vision
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Product and Data to set priorities
• Build and ship end-to-end GTM signals across funnel stages (sourcing, scoring, routing, expansion)
• Design agentic workflows for daily GTM use by teams
• Report impact: coverage, conversion, pipeline, attribution, time saved, cost per qualified account
• Own GTM Engineering tools and platform with production-grade quality and docs
• Shape the GTM tech stack and evaluate tools and vendors across the stack
• Map the landscape in first 90 days and publish a phased roadmap
• Ship 1–2 quick wins and strengthen Clay foundation
