Job summary

Omnissa seeks a pioneering GTM Engineer to define the GTM Engineering roadmap, shaping the stack and governing its growth from 0 to 1 in a global business. You will own the end-to-end GTM platform, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to deliver scalable, automated workflows.

You will build production-grade systems, ship quick wins, and drive adoption across regions while maintaining ownership and clarity in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building GTM systems in B2B software.
• Fluency across GTM Engineering use cases in pre-sale, post-sale, RevOps and marketing.
• Understanding of the GTM tech stack and ability to assess build vs buy options.
• Hands-on Clay experience in a production environment; Strong Salesforce skills.
• Comfort with APIs, JSON and SQL, plus some scripting (JavaScript/Python).
• Experience using LLMs in production workflows and data-driven decisioning.
• Builder’s track record: shipped and drove adoption of new solutions.
• Understanding of enterprise B2B software sales cycle.
• Ability to turn business problems into scalable systems and explain tradeoffs.
• Comfort with ambiguity and end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define the GTM Engineering roadmap at Omnissa: set the vision and own the product roadmap.
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Product and Data to align priorities.
• Build signal, enrichment and routing systems behind funnel stages and lead routing.
• Design and deploy agentic workflows that GTM teams can use daily.
• Report impact through coverage, conversion, pipeline, attribution and cost metrics.
