Job summary

Omnissa, an AI-driven digital work platform, is hiring our first GTM Engineer to shape the function and establish how GTM Engineering will operate across the business. You will define the vision, roadmap, and tech stack, setting the foundation for a scalable GTM engine that serves Sales, Marketing, RevOps and Customer Success worldwide.

As the founding hire, you will partner with senior leaders across regions to drive adoption, build end-to-end workflows, and ship 1–2 quick wins in the first 90

Qualifications

• 5+ years building GTM systems in B2B software.
• Fluency across GTM use cases and AI/automation in GTM.
• Understanding GTM stack architecture; build vs buy.
• Clay production experience; strong Salesforce.
• APIs, JSON, SQL; scripting like Python/JS.
• LLMs in production workflows and daily AI tool use.
• Builder's track record: scoped, shipped, adopted.
• Enterprise SaaS with end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define GTM Engineering roadmap and align with Sales, Marketing, RevOps globally.
• Build signals for funnel stages: sourcing, targeting, routing, expansion, renewal.
• Own GTM tools and platform; ship production-grade systems with docs and monitoring.
