Job summary

Omnissa is hiring its first GTM Engineer to define the GTM Engineering function, roadmaps, and stack. You will own the roadmap, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps and Product across regions, and ship end-to-end GTM workflows.

As a founding team member, you’ll build production-grade systems, drive adoption, and evaluate build-vs-buy decisions while aligning with company goals and AI-enabled automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building GTM systems in B2B software.
• Fluency across GTM use cases in pre-sale, post-sale, RevOps and marketing.
• Experience with Clay in production workflows; strong API/SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the GTM Engineering roadmap and own its product trajectory across regions.
• Build and ship signal, enrichment, and routing across the funnel stages to accelerate growth.
