Job summary

Omnissa seeks its founding GTM Engineer to define and lead GTM Engineering at our AI-driven digital work platform. You will shape the vision, roadmap, and stack, acting as a product owner for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps tools across regions.

You will build scalable GTM systems with end-to-end ownership, partnering with leaders to prioritize and ship 0-to-1 use cases and quick wins, including Clay workflows and Salesforce integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building GTM systems in B2B software, as a GTM engineer, growth or business systems engineer, data or analytics engineer, or software engineer.
• Fluency across GTM engineering use cases in pre-sale, post-sale, RevOps and marketing; understands AI/automation in GTM.
• Understanding of GTM tech stack and architecture; ability to assess build vs. buy options.

Responsibilities

• Define the GTM Engineering roadmap and own its product roadmap, building use cases from 0 to 1.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Product and Data across regions to align priorities and drive adoption.
• Build and ship signal, enrichment, routing, and workflows for the funnel stages; report impact and efficiency gains.
• Own the GTM tooling and platform; shape the tech stack and supervise integrations (Salesforce, Clay, enrichment providers).
