Job summary

Omnissa, the first AI-driven digital work platform, is hiring its GTM Engineer. You’ll define GTM Engineering, shape the roadmap, and build systems used by Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and RevOps across regions. This is a builder-and-leader role with ownership from 0 to 1 and beyond.

Location: Anywhere in the US / Remote. Hybrid if near Atlanta or Mountain View. Base salary ranges $160,000–$200,000 per year with a potential bonus program and a strong, equal-opportunity hiring approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building GTM systems in B2B software.
• Fluency across GTM Engineering use cases in pre-sale, post-sale, RevOps and marketing.
• Ability to turn business problems into scalable systems and explain tradeoffs to non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define the GTM Engineering roadmap and own its product roadmap.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and RevOps to drive adoption.
• Build and ship across the customer lifecycle including signal, enrichment, and routing systems.
• Own GTM Engineering tools and platform with production-grade documentation and monitoring.
