Job summary

Omnissa is hiring our first GTM Engineer to shape how we go-to-market. As a founding hire you’ll define the GTM Engineering vision, roadmap, and stack, with ownership of how the function scales across regions.

You will operate like a product, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and RevOps, delivering production-grade systems, and shipping 1–2 quick wins in the first 90 days. The base salary ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 per year, with benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building GTM systems in B2B software.
• Fluency across GTM Engineering use cases and AI applications.
• Understanding of GTM tech stack and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Experience using LLMs in production workflows.
• Ability to turn business problems into scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Define GTM Engineering roadmap and vision.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps and Data across regions.
• Build signal, enrichment and routing for funnel stages.
• Design agentic workflows for GTM teams to use daily.
• Own Clay end-to-end and GTM tech stack; ship roadmap.
