Job summary

Omnissa is hiring our first GTM Engineer to define the function’s vision, roadmap, and stack. As founding hire, you will shape how GTM engineering serves Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps across regions, with startup-level ownership and impact at a global company.

You will remove friction in go-to-market efforts, ship measurable improvements, and build scalable systems that teams rely on daily.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building GTM systems in B2B software.
• Fluency across GTM Engineering use cases in pre-sale, post-sale, RevOps and marketing.
• Understanding of the GTM tech stack and build-vs-buy.
• Hands-on Clay experience in production environments.
• Strong Salesforce skills; HubSpot or Marketo a plus.
• Comfort with APIs, JSON and SQL; some scripting.
• Experience using LLMs in production workflows.
• Builder’s track record: shipped and adoption.
• Understanding of enterprise B2B software sales cycle.
• Turn business problems into scalable systems; explain tradeoffs.
• Comfort with ambiguity and end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define GTM Engineering roadmap at Omnissa.
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Product and Data.
• Build signal, enrichment and routing systems for funnel stages.
• Design and deploy agentic workflows for GTM teams.
• Report impact through coverage, conversion, pipeline, attribution, time saved and cost per qualified account.
• Ship production-grade systems with the documentation, monitoring, and testing.
• Shape the GTME tech stack: evaluate tools, manage vendors and recommend changes as we scale.
• Own Clay end to end, and build connected workflows across Salesforce and enrichment providers.
