Omnissa is hiring its first GTM Engineer to shape the vision, roadmap, and stack for GTM Engineering. You will own the roadmap, partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps, and build systems used across regions. This is a builder-and-leader role with end-to-end ownership.

You will define the GTM Engineering stack, ship production-grade tools, and drive adoption across the organization, including the Clay platform and Salesforce integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building GTM systems in B2B software roles or related fields.

Responsabilités

• Define GTM Engineering roadmap and take ownership of product milestones.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product across regions.
• Build signal, enrichment and routing systems for funnel stages and expansion.
