Job summary

Omnissa, the first AI-driven digital work platform, is hiring its first GTM Engineer to shape the GTM Engineering vision, roadmap, stack, and growth from startup to scale.

As the founding hire you will own the GTM Engineering roadmap, partner with Sales, Marketing and RevOps, and ship systems used across regions. Location is Anywhere US/Remote; base salary $160,000–$200,000 yearly with a corporate bonus program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building GTM systems in B2B software or related roles.
• Experience across pre-sale, post-sale, RevOps and marketing.
• Ability to turn business problems into scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Define GTM Engineering roadmap and build use cases from 0 to 1.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and RevOps globally.
• Ship production-grade GTM tools and workflows.
