Job summary

Omnissa International Unlimited Company is hiring its first GTM Engineer to define the vision, roadmap, and stack for GTM Engineering across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. This role combines hands-on delivery with leadership to scale a startup-like function within a global organization.

You will own end-to-end GTM workflows, integrate Clay with Salesforce and other tools, and partner with senior leaders to drive adoption and measurable impact across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building GTM systems in B2B software across GTM, growth, or analytics roles.
• Fluency across GTM use cases in pre-sale, post-sale, RevOps and marketing.
• Understanding of GTM tech stack and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Hands-on Clay experience in production workflows (design, enrichment, scoring).
• Strong Salesforce skills; HubSpot/Marketo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the GTM Engineering roadmap and own its product roadmap.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Data across regions to align priorities.
• Build and ship across the entire customer lifecycle.
• Design guardrails and workflows for GTM teams to use daily.
• Own the GTM Engineering tools and platform with docs, monitoring, and testing.
