Featherless.ai is seeking a founding member of the US/CA GTM team who blends technical AI knowledge with sales acumen. This is a non-traditional sales role requiring fluency in AI, comfort with developers, startups, and enterprises, and the ability to execute with velocity.

You will own early-stage pipeline, respond to inbound requests, and craft outbound sequences while leveraging CRM to track progress and report on growth.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user with hands-on interest in AI tooling and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English — concise, credible, human.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven — you operate independently and get things done.

Responsabilidades

• Build and qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.
